Kelly Rutherford Granted Restraining Order Against Husband Daniel Giersch

Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford was granted a temporary restraining order Thursday (Sept. 24) against her estranged husband Daniel Giersch, PEOPLE reports.

Rutherford claims the German entrepreneur has repeatedly harassed her and her family: "[He] has begun to follow me, my mother and my nanny and he shows up unexpectedly to threaten and scare us," says the order, which is in effect for 21 days pending a court date to hear evidence.

Giersch's lawyer, Fahi Takesh Hallin, released the following statement: "Daniel will remain focused on co-parenting both of their children and not make any personal comments in order to continue to protect the children's need for privacy and well being."

The estranged couple have been battling in court over their two children: son Hermés, who turns 3 next month, and daughter Helena, 3 months. A hearing date is set for Oct. 15

She thinks that my work is getting hair and makeup done," Garner, 37, told reporters at the Toronto International Film Festival press conference for her new movie The Invention of Lying.

Violet, 3 ½, also thinks mom's job is to bow to audiences. "If you ask her what I do, she'll say she remembers me bowing on stage when I did a show in New York, and so she'll say, 'My mom sometimes will bow on stage and sometimes she gets her hair and makeup done,'" says Garner. "It's a great job!"

Garner has yet to bring Violet or her little sister Seraphina, 8 months, to Take Your Daughters to Work Day. "She's never seen a set, but she will at some point. She has made it to the trailer and to craft service. She gets M&M's when she comes."

Katie Holmes And Suri Attend Beyonce's Concert In Australia

Beyonce was a bit too much for Suri Cruise when the three-year-old magazine regular found herself at Beyonce's opening concert in Australia on Tuesday night.

After her final day of filming on horror/thriller Don't Be Afraid Of The Dark, Hollywood A-lister Katie Holmes took her tot along to see the superstar's show, Suri's first concert, at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne.

According to reports things did not go as planned when the show got under way, with Suri unimpressed by Beyonce's dazzling opening number, Crazy In Love. The toddler put her hands over her ears and turned her head into her mom's shoulder to hide from the flashing lights. Holmes and Suri left the arena after the track, but returned later with Suri wearing industrial earmuffs.

The pair are expected to leave Australia after a 2½ month stay and return home to New York this weekend. Katie will soon be reunited with husband Tom Cruise, who attended a NASCAR event in Virginia in the US with his son Connor over theweekend.

Barbara Walters also asked Kate if she was hurt after estranged husband Jon told ABC News he despises her. "Of course, it bothers me," she said. But she won't fight back. Said Kate, "I am a high road taker. I need to do this for my kids."

Elton John Wants To Adopt!

Elton John got more than he bargained for on a tour of a Ukrainian orphanage Saturday – a toddler who stole his heart. The singer told reporters that his partner, David Furnish, "always wanted to adopt a child and I always said no, because I am 62 and because of the traveling I do."

But after meeting Lev, a Ukranian toddler, "I've changed my mind . . . I would love to adopt him," John, adding of the potential bureaucratic hurdles: "I don't know how we would do that but he has stolen my heart."

John and Furnish toured the orphanage (where many of the children's parents have died from AIDS) as part of his Elton John AIDS Foundation initiatives. He added that he was inspired to adopt in part by the recent death of his good friend, keyboardist Guy Babylon. "He was such a genius and so young and has two wonderful children," said John. "What better opportunity to replace someone I lost than to replace him with someone I can give a future to."

Travolta's Make Their First Public Appearance Since Son Jett's Death

Nine months after the death of their 16-year-old son Jett, John Travolta and Kelly Preston – with their daughter Ella Bleu – made their first public appearance together on Friday to promote their new Disney film Old Dogs.

Walt Disney Studios Chairman Dick Cook introduced the family during a surprise appearance for fans at the D23 Expo in Anaheim, Calif. Travolta led the way on stage, holding Ella's hand, as the family helped Cook introduce the movie.

All three appear in the comedy, which marks Ella's big screen debut. According to the Associated Press, Travolta told the crowd, "I always appreciate the audience's love for me." He continued: "I hope they love Old Dogs and much as we do, because I've got my baby in it."

While his wife returned to work in recent months to star opposite Miley Cyrus in The Last Song, Travolta has kept out of the public eye, instead flying to various locations alone to privately cope with his grief. Preston was expected to speak in October at the California Governor's Conference for Women on a panel titled "Grief & Resilience" but she bowed out last month saying it was "just too soon" to discuss Jett's passing.

Old Dogs also costars Robin Williams and hits theaters on Nov. 25.

Tom Brady Opens Up About Gisele's Pregnancy

Tom Brady is finally talking about the good news: wife Gisele Bündchen is, indeed, pregnant.

In an interview with ESPN's Chris Berman airing Sunday on SportsCenter and Monday Night Countdown, the 32-year-old New England Patriots quarterback reveals that the couple – who married earlier this year – expect their baby-on-the-way in December.

While Brady said he would happily attend Lamaze classes with Bündchen, he will do so with at least one caveat: "I told her no Sundays," he joked. "It couldn't be harder than training camp, so I'll be prepared."

Noting that "the women are the ones who have to do the work," he adds, "We just have to be there to support them and so it'll be nice to do that."

Their child will be the first for Bündchen and the second for Brady, who is already dad to 2-year-old John Edward Thomas with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan.

Christina Milian Is Pregnant!

Christina Milian is pregnant with her first child. The singer, 27, wed music producer The-Dream, 27, on Sept. 4 at the Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas.

"The pregnancy was a surprise, but they were getting married regardless," a source tells Us.
Milian has already been talking about children.

"Of course, I would love to have kids," she told Us earlier this summer at the premiere of Bring It On: Fight to the Finish in NYC. "I think that's some of the reasons why I do movies like this."

Even The-Dream (real name: Terius Hagert Youngdell Nash) -- who proposed to Milian with a six-carat sparkler from Ivanka Trump's jewelry line -- has been talking about a family. "I love kids, and [Christina] loves kids probably more than I do. "She'll make that time [to have a baby]. In the next couple of years, there'll be something around."

Danielynn "Misses Her Mom Anna Nicole So Much"

After just settling into their new home in Louisville, Ky., Larry Birkhead and his daughter Dannielynn, who turned 3 on Monday, are counting their blessings. The 36-year-old single father sat down with OK! to discuss Dannielynn's birthday, her uncanny resemblance to mama Anna Nicole Smith and how she is starting to miss her late mother.

On Dannielynn turning 3: "It seems only weeks ago I was bringing her home and now all this time has gone by and she’s bigger and wiser and such a great kid. Her birthday is a happy occasion. Parties are always stressful for me because I try to make them these big blowouts. But she’s at the age where she appreciates it now and she’s excited — although I’ve been warning her that she has to give up her bottle when she turns 3, so we’ll see how that goes."

On Dannielynn looking just like Anna: "It just happened in the last year. I have photos where they look exactly the same. She loves posing for the camera like Anna, too. And she’s going to be tall like her mommy."

On if Dannielynn misses Anna: "She misses her mom so much. Right now she’s at the age where she’s noticing that other children in television and in books have moms. She said to me the other day quite seriously, “Where’s my mom?” It was sad but I explained to her, “Your mommy is in the clouds and you’ll see her again one day.” She knows who her mom is, though — I make sure of that. Our home is filled with photos of Anna and recognizes her straight away. I want to keep her mom and Daniel in her mind."

On the cute things she does: "We were flicking through stations on the radio in the car the other day and she starts singing along to this song, “You’re a jerk, you’re a jerk.” I have to watch what I say around her now because she’s a sponge."

On if he loves fatherhood: "I do! It’s hard work and time consuming but it’s worth it when I hear her laugh. All my friends are out in bars, but I don’t miss it. In fact, I’m morphing into my parents — I’ve become corny and sensible."On his hopes for Dannielynn: "I just want her to be a kid and not worry about all the nasty things going on in this world. I’m her shield and that’s how it will always be."

For several weeks, tabloids and the blogosphere have been abuzz with speculation that Penélope Cruz is pregnant with boyfriend Javier Bardem's baby, sparked by photos of the Spanish beauty sporting what some have described as a baby bump. And the Oscar-winning actress is not happy about it.

On the red carpet of Thursday night's Toronto International Film Festival premiere of Cruz's new film, Broken Embraces, she let her annoyance show. A witness said that when a TV crew brought up the topic, a clearly irked Cruz, 35, snapped, "That's your question?!" – and promptly stomped away.

It was a Girls Next Door reunion on Wednesday for Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt, who treated their pregnant pal Kendra Wilkinson to a baby shower.

"Kendra was really excited about the shower. It wasn't a surprise or anything so she was really looking forward to it," says a source. "She was so happy." Wilkinson, 24, the star of the Girls spin-off Kendra, is in town visiting for the week from her new East Coast home. She was "so excited to see her good friends," says the source. "It was just so nice for her to have everyone in the same place. They had a lot of fun."

Fantastic Four's Ioan Gruffudd Welcomes A Baby Girl!

Fantastic Four star Ioan Gruffudd and his English actress wife Alice Evans are the proud parents of a little girl.

The couple gave birth to Ella Betsi Evans Griffith at 2:16 A.M. on Sunday morning after a 40-hour labor. The baby weighed in at 6 pounds 3 ounces and was 21 inches long.

This is the first child for the couple who reside in Los Angeles.

Evans has most recently been seen playing the recurring character of Eloise Hawking on Lost. Gruffudd is best known for his role as Mr. Fantastic in Fantastic Four.

Gruffudd, 35, met Evans, 38, on the set of 102 Dalmatians in 2000. They married in Mexico in September 2007.

Radaronline reports that Katherine Heigl and her husband Josh Kelley are set to adopt a baby this week!

The 30-year-old Grey’s Anatomy star is becoming a mom to a 10-month-old baby girl. The baby is from Korea and her full name is Nayleigh and will be nicknamed Leigh.

As we previously reported, the couple have been planning to adopt from Korea for over a year. Katherine's sister, Meg, was adopted from Korea over 30 years ago which has made the Knocked Up star feel connected to the culture.

Heigl is currently on a leave of absence from Grey’s and starts filming the big-screen feature Life As We Know It next week.

“She is thrilled,” a source tells Radar. “She and Josh are so happy.”
