Onwards And Upwards

Hey guys! I know I don't update very often anymore. I've been super busy BUT there is some good news. I've made brand spanking new blog, which will DEFINITELY be updated more often. There'll be posts on EXCLUSIVE new music, photos, quotes, football, everything and anything really. Hopefully some of the posts on the new one can go towards my portfolio. Struggling journalists need portfolios. Hehe!

I'm not saying this blog will NEVER be updated but my personal blog will just be updated more often, maybe even a couple of times a day.

What's so funny? Denzel Washington and Anne Hathaway break into giggles during the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony on Thursday at city hall in Oslo, Norway. The pair is set to host the Nobel Peace Prize concert today (Saturday).

Gyllenhaal & Swift Reunited

New super-couple Jake Gyllenhaal and Taylor Swift are together again.

They've been spending a lot of time together lately in New York and Nashville, and now, after about a week apart, the busy lovebirds have reunited in Los Angeles.

As soon as she landed in L.A. in a private jet on Wednesday, Swift, who turns 21 on Monday, hightailed it to Gyllenhaal's Hollywood Hills home where the couple hung out late into the evening.

The next day, the pair were spotted out on afternoon drive around town. As Gyllenhaal, 29, navigated his Audi, he also made an effort to amuse his date, says a witness.

"Jake and Taylor seemed to be catching up and were chatting nonstop in the car," the onlooker says. "Jake was making Taylor laugh and she looked very happy."

The couple appear to be getting closer, though there's no word whether Gyllenhaal will help Swift celebrate her birthday – which, she told PEOPLE magazine recently that it would be "a winter-themed birthday party – Christmas-themed."

Elizabeth Edwards Dies At 61

Elizabeth Edwards, wife of former Democratic presidential candidate John Edwards, died at her Chapel Hill home on Tuesday morning after battling cancer for the last six years, MSNBC confirms.

"Today we have lost the comfort of Elizabeth's presence, but she remains the heart of this family," the Edwards family said in a statement. We love her and will never know anyone more inspiring or full of life. On behalf of Elizabeth, we want to express our gratitude to the thousands of kindred spirits who moved and inspired her along the way," the family added. "Your support and prayers touched our entire family."

First diagnosed in 2004, Elizabeth was surrounded by family and friends at the time of her passing, which included her estranged husband and three children: Cate, 28, Emma, 12, and Jack, 10. (In 1996, the couple lost their 16-year-old son, Wade, in car accident.)

On Monday, Elizabeth announced that she would no longer be seeking cancer treatment after physicians told the 61-year-old that she faced the possibility of having just weeks to live.

Brad & Angelina Take The Twins To An Art Store In NYC

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt bundled up their 2-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne in New York City on Saturday (December 4).

Flying into the city from Paris, the family stopped at Lee's Art Shop in Manhattan.

Jolie is set to premiere her new film, The Tourist, in NYC on Monday.
